OBESITY HOME REMEDIES

  Obesity - overweight  and all problems related to it are always different in each of the case particularly as every human body has its own sense of metabolism , so whether its eatables , water ,  surroundings  in fact  whole envoirment matters in which way it will suit to particular body …same is for medications .

   Well! Now we will start with what we usually have at home:-

  1. Trifala , a fine combination of amalaki , bibbitaki and haritaki these all are herbs.  As trifala is made of them, best part is no side effects. More over available on all medical stores specially ayurvedic ones.
  2.  Cabbage! Yes vegetables do have that power to reduce fat, add it in your salad or pasta or any of the dish u makes add it after slight boiling except salads.
  3.  Radish! is the best vegetable in the whole world as use it in any of the form it will  always going to be beneficial like can use raw in face pack , drink juice etc its always effective …even it reduces weight, just every day have a glass of it or eat it raw and see results within 2 weeks.
  4. Raw tomatoes! Eat at least 2 before launch and dinner it will help reduce and control your diet.
  5. There is a single recipe for several alignments:-   
  •  50 grams Fenugreek ( methi dana)
  •  20 grams  Caraway ( ajwain /ajmo/omam)
  •  10 grams Black Cumin seeds (kala jeera) make a good mixture but make sure the quantity should remain the same then only remedies work well, as every ingredient has its own way of effecting.
  •  One very important thing if you see nothing works, go to the doctor for proper check up because it can be a problem of hormonal changes o due to some wrong medications also.
But last not the least always exercise, go for a walk, sleep on time, get up early have healthy and balanced diet, no doctor is required. These remedies are just to support your efforts, your will from inside is the best Medication.

There are thousand and remedies that can be done like some more we will like to add upon them are again vegetables only:-


  1.  Ghiya / lauki/  Doodhi   / White gourd /  kaddu   it is very  beneficial ,  reason for giving details after home remedies because there is so much, so many problems are neglected are day by day becoming pain in the ass due to Obesity as we mentioned before .
  2. Ghiya is a vegetable which is 96 % water.
  3. Excellent in any manner you consume because it is easily digestive.
  4. If consume it in the form of juice it is the best  remedie to redue weight as its very low calorie just 12% , add bitter gourd , carrot and aloe vera which  are really good cleansers help improve your skin pigmentation even your bitter gourd ( krela) and aloe-vera  helps in diabetes , they improve and balance  the sugar level.
  5. Aloe-Vera, carrot help in recovering from high blood pressure, depression –emotional problems, skin troubles as you can apply directly on skin too.   
  6. You see people do all wrong stuff knowingly, but the after effects are ¾th of the time very dangerous. As who intake oily , fast food , eat randomly ,drink alcohol , smoke ,  take drugs in obesity or any sort of manner can show symptoms of different types of cancer , high cholesterol, stroke , cardiac attack too. 
  7. See every vegetable, fruit, herbs are a gift of nature, it’s definitely up to us how do we utilize it.
