Obesity in Men

To complete the reproductive cycle , balance nature god created males ,So that  lifecycle should move smoothly , gave emotions , senses , feelings . Males have a big role in reproductive cycle , overweight  not just effect females hormones but  definitely do effect males too. It straight ahead 3/4th of the attacks the fertility causing infertility ( mean’s a man unable to reproduce a baby), this is the main problem males face but as mentioned before every proem do have a solution.

              Points to be keep in notice always

1)    Infertility is a kind of a disease which  hurts male ego , in society if gets opened up becomes a topic of shame.

2)    After living in an educated world still ,in some matters still we act as illiterates .


3)    Need to become open mind and go for solutions because every disease in today’s date have finest treatment just have to become open mind and straight forward and have to take step towards he write direction , else males also face same disease problems like cancer ,diabetes , prostate etc.

1)    Obesity in Women: - Women are considered to be as the most beautiful creation of god and definitely she needs to look perfect, fit in every manner especially in health factor because all other facts are automatically related to each other.


Comparatively to men women are sensitive, emotional , physically week in some matters but have great bearing strength , will power  that’s why they unknowingly ignore , over look there own  health related problems  which  can further cause problems  forever.

a)    Osteoarthritis :-  This is a  form of arthritis known as degenerative arthritis , OA , or osteoarthrosis occurs in knees specially in females due to  inflammation , breakdown and slow slowly loss of cartilage in the joints ( in simple words joints need to be grease or  oiling of joints  , lack of calcium )or gap in joints 

b)    Cancer: - Out of the most dangerous diseases is cancer, whether it is in any of the body part or form. Today females highly are in rating due to there daily unpleasant routine.  Types of cancer they may develop and suffer with Kidney, Uterus, Prostate, especially of Breast which is very common these days, cervix etc.
